Snelle lunch.

Pitten & Bonen is een heel gezellig eethuisje in centrum van 't stad. 't Stad, dat is uiteraard Antwerpen, de rest is parking, hé!

Ik ga er altijd voor een van de lekkere sapjes, mijn favoriet: een Groen Monster (appel, venkel en platte peterselie). De kinderen gaan dan voor een zoete shake: 'Shake-ira' (banaan, appelsien en framboos) of een 'Mangolini' (mango, appelsien en roomijs).

Het eten is eenvoudig maar lekker: je kan er een panini of een focaccia eten, of een slaatje. Of 'Bokes', zoals op de kaart staat, onder andere met nutella+banaan. Een heerlijk fruitpapje met keuze uit betterfood of vitabis, kan ook.  Zoals de gerechten al laten vermoeden: ze zijn er heel kindvriendelijk.

Alle sapjes en broodjes kan je ook meenemen: ideaal om je shoppingexpeditie niet te moeten onderbreken.

As I've always loved healthy food, sushi falls into that category, so learning 'how to' has been on my to-do-list for ages.

These last weeks, the fashionmedia is jamming 'Marni for H&M' down our throates. Because on March 8th, the collection will hit the stores.

I admit it, I like a lot of the pieces they designed, but will not get up in the middle of the night to stand in line at one of the stores.

New in!

Like mother, like daughter: we both decided we needed a bouclé jacket at the same time. Off course, it didn't take us very long to find what we had in mind:

We can both wear it with skinny jeans (or boyfriend jeans) and white tee and hightop sneakers, for an exellent daytime look.

For mum: alsoo with pencil skirt and high-heeled pumps;  over a LBD, for dinner or lunch.

My son made me a big heart and my girls both got a rose from a secret admirer (or from each other, to fool the other one). And all this love comes right at you, when you come into the house...

I tagged along with hubbie: he checked it out for work; for me: new things to discover @ Gallery 2020, 'Fashion in perspective'.

Things I noticed/liked/want:

1. 'The Scent of Departure'

It's a perfume line inspired by travel. They try to capture the intimate essence of a City in a bottle. The line was started by Gérald Ghislain, fragrance creator, who already founded 'Histoires de Parfums'. If I owned a shop, I'd wanna have this in store!

2. 'Leghila'

These neoprene bags are fabulous! Especially the B-bag (copy of the Birkin). In electric blue, yellow and fluorescent green for me, please!

But the new bag for next winter is alsoo great: a shopper inspired by the two-coloured shopper by Céline. Unfortunately, no picture of that one on their website yet: www.leghila.com

3. 'SeeMe'

The concept and the design of this jewelry, bowties and cufflinks is fantastic. They use patterns with Turkish lace technique, which al have a meaning: 'oya'. 

AND their profit is used for a good cause. Like, like, like!!!!

IT-shoe for summer.

How beautiful are these??? I'm totally in love with this pair: the colour; the shape of the heel;  the contrast with the black & white and the silver heel strap...

Wearable with LWD, LBD;  also sexy under cuffed jeans...

And NO, they are not too high....
