Candyshop.

When I was a little girl we used to go to the candyshop near school, where you could buy candy piece by piece, no matter how small. You'd fill a little basket, go to the counter and pay with the change grandma gave you.

There happens to be a candyshop nearby, where you can still do exactly that. And during the exams, my brave students deserve a treat, so this afternoon we went to the candyshop!

Healthy cooking

I'm trying to get my kids to like healthy food, like this: Fish in foil with vegetables.

Put some olive oil on the aluminum foil, cut a carrot into pieces and put on the foil, put a piece of fish on it, for example cot or salmon, cut the white of a leek and put on top of the fish. Add some pepper. You can add other herbs and other vegetables, if you like.

Fold the foil into a package.

Put in a preheated oven for +/- 15 minutes.

Done!
