Healthy cooking

I'm trying to get my kids to like healthy food, like this: Fish in foil with vegetables.

Put some olive oil on the aluminum foil, cut a carrot into pieces and put on the foil, put a piece of fish on it, for example cot or salmon, cut the white of a leek and put on top of the fish. Add some pepper. You can add other herbs and other vegetables, if you like.





Fold the foil into a package.


Put in a preheated oven for +/- 15 minutes.


Done!
